Kurdistan Medical Research Center is a multidisciplinary group of physicians with a strong interest in psychiatry and medical research. We collaborate with clinicians and research teams across specialties, supporting projects from the first research question through study design, analysis, manuscript preparation, journal submission, and publication support.

About KMRC
Built by doctors who want more good clinical ideas to become good research.
KMRC brings together physicians who are interested in psychiatry and broader medical research, with the goal of making serious research collaboration more accessible to clinicians in Kurdistan and beyond.
We especially welcome senior and board-certified physicians who have valuable clinical experience, datasets, case series, unanswered questions, or project ideas but may not have the time or research infrastructure to carry every stage forward alone.
Our role is to collaborate — helping turn that expertise into carefully designed, clearly written, ethically conducted research suitable for scientific dissemination.

Each project is different, but the workflow is designed to make responsibilities clear from the start and to keep the project moving through the stages that matter.

Have a research idea that deserves to move forward?
We welcome inquiries from physicians, consultants, board-certified specialists, trainees, departments, and academic collaborators. You can approach us with an early idea, an existing dataset, a manuscript in progress, or a project that needs a research team.
KMRC can support the research and publication process, but no ethical research group can guarantee journal acceptance or publication. Final decisions are made independently by journals and editors.
